Common use of Insurance Report Clause in Contracts

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Requisite Lenders and Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage required to be maintained pursuant to Section 5.5 as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Yearfiscal year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;.

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ insurance broker(s) Borrower in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;

As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries;; 103

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Arranger outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. (i) As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower's insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the Loan Parties and their Subsidiariesimmediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Company’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by Company and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Company and its Subsidiaries in the Loan Parties and their Subsidiariesimmediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Holdings and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Requisite Lenders outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) broker in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Parent and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable (but not more than once per year) and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Holdings and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. (i) As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, or at such other time as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by Borrower and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Borrower and its Subsidiaries in the Loan Parties and their Subsidiariesimmediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties Borrower and their its Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. (i) As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrowers' insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the Loan Parties and their Subsidiariesimmediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s insurance broker(s) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties and their the other Restricted Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ insurance broker(s) in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Collateral Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a certificate from the Loan Parties’ insurance broker(s) or certificates in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such certificate certificate(s) by the Loan Parties Company and their its Subsidiaries;
