Common use of Insurance Plans Clause in Contracts

Insurance Plans. 17.01 (a) The Group Insurance Plan as of October 1, 1970, comprising life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and weekly indemnity for payroll seniority employees of National Steel Car Limited, details of which are set out in Appendix “B”, shall remain in effect during the life of this agreement subject to the following clauses of this Article XVII.
