Common use of Insurance Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Insurance Eligibility. For purposes of ARTICLE 11, it is understood and agreed by the parties that participation in the group insurance plan as stated shall be allowed only to those employees who are employed at least thirty (30) or more hours per week. For those employees working twenty (20) hours per week or more but less than thirty (30) hours per week hours per the following shall apply:
