Insurance Deductible. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions in this Article 8 concerning abatement of Periodic Rent, Tenant shall not be relieved from its obligation to pay Tenant’s Proportionate Share of the insurance deductibles under insurance policies carried by Landlord.
