Insurance Deductible. If Landlord elects to repair any damage caused by an insured casualty as provided in Section 16.1, Tenant shall, within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice from Landlord, pay the amount of any deductible (or its share thereof) under any insurance policy covering such damage or destruction, in accordance with Section 9.4 above.

Insurance Deductible. Pursuant to Article 11.1, if an Employee’s vehicle is vandalized while in the performance of their duties the Employee shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of the amount of the deductible insurance coverage applicable to the damage incurred on submission of appropriate documentation.

Best’s “A+/XIV”; S&P “NR”; Fitch “A”), Aspen Specialty Insurance Company (currently A.M. Best’s “A/XV”; S&P “NR”; Fitch “NR”) and Partner Re Ireland insurance Limited (currently A.M. Best’s “NR”; S&P “A+”; Fitch “NR”) are deemed acceptable so long as each insurer does not move lower in the syndicate (with respect to layers of coverage), increase their limits or fail to maintain their current ratings with Fitch, A.M. Best or S&P, respectively.

Insurance Deductible. I hereby acknowledge and understand that should accident medical insurance be provided, the deductible and/or copay of said insurance will be my sole responsibility, and also that said policy is a secondary policy, if I have my own medical insurance.
