Common use of Insurance Coverages Clause in Contracts

Insurance Coverages. (a) Borrower will maintain such insurance coverages and endorsements in form and substance and in amounts as Lender may require in its sole discretion, from time to time. Until Lender notifies Borrower of changes in Lender’s requirements, Borrower will maintain not less than the insurance coverages and endorsements Lender required for closing of the Loan.

Insurance Coverages.
