Common use of Insurance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Insurance Certificate. Borrowers shall have delivered to Agent evidence of insurance on XXXXX 27 and XXXXX 25-S forms, and otherwise satisfactory to Agent and the Banks, of adequate personal property and liability insurance of each Company, with Agent, on behalf of the Banks, listed as loss payee and additional insured.

Insurance Certificate. Borrowers shall have delivered to Agent evidence of insurance on XXXXX 25 and 27 and XXXXX 25-S formsor 28 form, and otherwise satisfactory to Agent and the BanksLenders, of adequate real property, personal property and liability insurance of each CompanyCredit Party, with Agent, on behalf of the BanksLenders, listed as mortgagee, lender’s loss payee and additional insured, as appropriate.

Borrowers Borrower shall have delivered to Agent evidence of insurance on XXXXX 27 and XXXXX 25-S formsform, and otherwise satisfactory to Agent and the BanksLenders, of adequate personal property and liability insurance of each Company, with Agent, on behalf of the BanksLenders, listed as loss payee and additional insured.
