Insurance Application Process. If the Licensee does not have adequate insurance, they may apply to be covered under the Licensor’s policy by applying to the Contract manager in writing seeking insurance coverage under Council's policy. The request must itemize all items requiring coverage. Council will provide a response to this request prior to commencement of any work under the contract.
