Common use of Insurance and Bonding Clause in Contracts

Insurance and Bonding. 16.1 The Sub-Recipient shall provide continuous adequate liability insurance coverage during the existence of this contract and any renewal(s) and extension(s) of it. By execution of this contract, unless it is a state agency or subdivision as defined by Section 768.28(2), F.S., the Sub-Recipient accepts full responsibility for identifying and determining the type(s) and extent of liability insurance coverage necessary to provide reasonable financial protections for the Sub-Recipient and the clients to be served under this contract.
