Insurance 12. Pojištění 12.1 Institution and Investigator shall secure and maintain in full force and effect through the performance of the Study (and following termination of the Study) mandatory professional liability insurance coverage in accordance with provisions of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Medical Services. The Institution and Investigator shall provide to WORLDWIDE a copy of their certificate of insurance if requested. 12.1 Zdravotnické zařízení a zkoušející lékař zajistí povinné pojistné krytí profesní odpovědnosti a zachovjí ho v plné platnosti a účinnosti po celou dobu studie (i po ukončení studie) v souladu s ustanoveními zákona č. 372/2011 Sb., o zdravotnických službách. Zdravotnické zařízení a zkoušející lékař poskytnou společnosti WORLDWIDE kopii osvědčení o pojištění, bude-li o to požádáno.

Insurance 12. 3.1 The Consultant shall obtain insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 covering claims arising out of the performance of professional services under this Agreement and caused by errors, omissions or negligent acts for which the Consultant is liable. The Consultant shall maintain this insurance in force, if available, after the completion of professional services under this Agreement until the expiration of the applicable statutes of limitations. In the event there is no such statute specifically applicable to design and construction of improvements to real property, this insurance, if available, shall be maintained in force by the Consultant for three (3) years. 12.3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the Owner and Consultant shall each provide insurance to protect themselves from claims under workers' compensation acts; from claims for damages because of bodily injury, including personal injury, sickness, disease, or death of any employees or of any other person; from claims for damages because of injury to or destruction of property including loss of use resulting therefrom; and from damage to or destruction of property including valuable papers and records coverage and including loss of use resulting therefrom.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Insurance Plan 19.01 The Employer agrees to contribute the indicated percentage of the premium cost of the following group plans for full-time employees (and their families where applicable) who have completed their probationary period.

  • Insurance Coverages The Design Professional will promptly obtain and maintain the insurance coverage described on the Schedule of Project Details and provide the Owner with proof of that insurance before commencing services under this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance.

  • Insurance Plans The Executive is eligible to participate in the life, health, dental, short and long-term disability plans made available to the employees of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of such plans.

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.

  • R&W Insurance Policy The Buyer has obtained the R&W Insurance Policy and shall pay when due all fees, premiums, and other costs and expenses in connection with the purchase and implementation of the R&W Insurance Policy. The Company and the Seller shall cooperate with the Buyer in connection with the arrangement and origination of the R&W Insurance Policy, including by facilitating the Buyer’s acquisition of a copy of the materials included in the electronic data room established by the Seller and the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby. Buyer shall cause coverage under the R&W Insurance Policy to incept effective as of the signing date of this Agreement and, thereafter, to be issued promptly following the Closing in accordance with the terms of the binder thereof. Buyer shall cause the R&W Insurance Policy to remain in full force and effect, including by: (a) complying with the terms and conditions of the R&W Insurance Policy and (b) satisfying on a timely basis, all conditions necessary for the issuance of or continuance of coverage under the R&W Insurance Policy. During the term of the R&W Insurance Policy, Buyer shall cause the R&W Insurance Policy to explicitly provide for an irrevocable waiver by the insurer(s) that issued the R&W Insurance Policy of any and all rights of subrogation or contribution which such insurer(s) might have under the R&W Insurance Policy against Seller or any of their respective officers, managers, directors, employees or agents under this Agreement, except in the case of Fraud. From and after the signing date of this Agreement, except as may be agreed in writing by Seller, Buyer shall not amend the R&W Insurance Policy in any manner that expands the rights of subrogation or contribution which the insurer(s) that issued the R&W Insurance Policy have under the R&W Insurance Policy to any claims of Buyer against Seller, or any of their respective officers, managers, directors, employees or agents under this Agreement, which, for the avoidance of doubt, such anti-subrogation provisions shall not apply in the case of Fraud.

  • Insurance Term The Consultant shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, or employees.

  • Life Insurance Coverage a. Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars life insurance policy with AD&D from an insurance carrier selected by the Board, subject to the provisions of this section. Such insurance shall pay double in the case of accidental death or dismemberment.
