Insufficient moneys. If after the application of the provisions of clause 24.1 there is insufficient money available to the Trustee in respect of a Trust to pay the full amount due to Noteholders in the Trust, the deficiency shall, subject to the Supplementary Terms Notice for the Notes or any Class of the Notes issued in relation to the Trust, be borne by the Noteholders in the manner set out in the relevant Supplementary Terms Notice.
