– INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES. 13.01(a) The Employer agrees to provide all members of the Union with appropriate office space. Best efforts will be made to provide reasonable access to the use of other facilities, services, technology and equipment related to members’ teaching duties and responsibilities (e.g. McMaster University email, photocopying, audio/visual equipment, telephone, private/secure meeting locations). Each employee shall have access to a mailbox or file for mail and the Employer shall ensure that all employees have secure storage space for course materials. Office and instructional materials related to the employee’s instructional responsibilities will be available on the same basis as faculty members in the academic unit. Any difficulties in this area may be brought to the attention of the appropriate Xxxx. If a resolution is not reached, the Union may initiate a grievance in the matter at Step 2 with the Associate Vice-President, Academic.

Such instructional resources may include, but are not limited to, office space, printing, photocopying, audio/visual equipment, textbooks, and telephone. Office space shall be allocated such that the space is sufficient to carry out those employment duties requiring office space. The Employer shall not require any employee to use instructional resources to which the Employer does not provide reasonable access. Any difficulties in this area may be brought to the attention of the appropriate Department Chair. If a resolution is not reached, the Union may initiate a grievance in the matter at Step 2 with the Xxxx.
– INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES. Licensee shall have access, at no additional charge, to any instructional web sites, videos or other media or resources Pondurance may from time to time make generally available to users of Licensed Software.
– INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES. Rolling Hills Public Charter School’s Principal and staff will determine the school’s library services and how materials will be selected and challenged, based on the American Library Association’s guidelines. The Principal will determine how technology will be integrated with the instructional program and the type and level of technology to be used by students. The school's plans for field trips will be determined by the Principal and staff as appropriate. Parents and the public will have input in the school’s instructional resources through the PFA.
– INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES. High-quality texts and source materials paired with model lessons that illustrate effective teaching strategies, shared routines, and challenging classroom practice that offer teacher support for designing instruction. The College Board will provide printed course guides

For clarity, the Employer shall not require Sessional Music Faculty to use their own personal equipment or studio space. It is understood that Sessional Music Faculty may choose to use alternate (non- McMaster University) studio space to carry out their duties, subject to the agreement of the Director of the School of the Arts, which agreement shall not be unreasonably denied.
