INSTRUCTIONAL IMPROVEMENT. A. The Board of Education and the Association shall jointly establish a procedure providing teachers with the opportunity for involvement in planning, implementing and evaluating the instructional program. Such involvement shall have the purpose of providing teacher recommendations to administrators and to the Board of Education. The professional development committee will consist of the assistant superintendent for instruction, three vice presidents of the BEA, three principals (one from each level) and three school improvement chairs (one from each level).
