Instructional Coach. An instructional coach shall be a teacher with the expressed responsibility of coordinating all district and/or site activities related to designing and conducting staff development training designed to improve teacher and school performance. The assignment of the instructional coach shall be made by the superintendent of schools or designee. This compensation shall not be added to base pay for purposes of computing base salary for subsequent years.
