Instalments. 36.1. Comtact may supply the Products in stages. Each stage will be a separate Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract relating to a stage will entitle the Customer to repudiate or cancel any other Contract or stage. Each separate stage will be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
