Installing Purchased Equipment Clause Samples

Installing Purchased Equipment. (a) Subject to Agreement between us and you as to which Services and Purchased Equipment we install, we will install such Services and/or Purchased Equipment at a site nominated by you. (b) We may charge you our current fees for installing the Purchased Equipment and Service. (c) We use reasonable endeavours to install the Purchased Equipment and Service on or around the installation date requested by you.
