Installation, Testing, Configuration, and Maintenance. The Company shall be solely responsible for the installation, testing, and configuration of the Network Equipment. The Company shall install, configure, test, and maintain the Network Equipment in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. The Company shall install Network Equipment that has the capacity to operate for approximately six (6) hours without electricity. Recharging of these units shall be addressed in the Disaster Contingency Plan.
