INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES. a. Groupcall shall provide the Implementation Services and where necessary shall install or cause to be installed on the Organisation's equipment the Software that is required to be installed on the Organisation’s MIS service or hosted MIS provider as agreed with Groupcall from time to time. Software to be installed on other devices such as Android or iOS shall be installed by the Organisation’s personnel. As part of the installation Groupcall will install Xporter software on the Organisation’s equipment. The Xporter software is required in order for the other Software and Services to function correctly. The Organisation shall not modify any Software at any time. b. The Organisation shall be deemed to have accepted the Software if the Organisation commences operational use of the Software and/or Services. c. The provisions of clause 28 shall apply to any Trial Period.
