Installation and Documentation. 7.01 The Vendor shall install all of the components of the Licensed Computer Programs in accordance with the Implementation Schedule, and shall deliver to CUSTOMER copies of all documentation, including operating manuals, training aids, user guides and system administration documentation as well as technical reference materials describing the operation of all such components in sufficient detail to enable CUSTOMER’s employees to operate, use, maintain, repair, modify, enhance, support and test the same without assistance from the Vendor. Such documentation shall include, without limitation, the Documentation described in Schedule “C”. 7.02 CUSTOMER shall have the right to reproduce all documentation supplied by the Vendor under this Agreement, including but not restricted to the Licensed Computer Programs and the Documentation referred to in Schedule “C”, [whether for training,] provided that such reproductions shall be solely for use by CUSTOMER or any other member of the CUSTOMER Corporate Group, that such reproductions shall be subject to the same restrictions on use and disclosure as are contained in the Agreement with respect to the original documentation, and that any copyright notices or markings contained on such documentation shall not be removed from any reproduced copies.

  • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material. Consistent with U.S. obligations under international agreements, this clause implements--
