All inspections shall take place on the Site, on a Contractor\u2019s or a Subcontractor\u2019s premises or such other reasonable site as the Parties may agree, as appropriate, during normal working hours. No such inspection or examination or witnessing of tests shall release Seller from any obligation or liability under this Agreement.
