Common use of Inspection; Compliance Clause in Contracts

Inspection; Compliance. Landlord and Landlord's employees, agents, contractors and lenders shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, for the purpose of verifying compliance by Tenant with this Section 24. Landlord shall have the right to employ experts and/or consultants in connection with its examination of the Premises and with respect to the generation and disposal of Medical Waste on or from the Premises. The cost and expenses of any such inspection shall be paid by Landlord, unless it is determined that Tenant is not disposing of its Medical Waste in a manner permitted by applicable law, in which case Tenant shall immediately reimburse Landlord for the cost of such inspection.
