User charges that may be imposed by the competent charging authorities or bodies of each Party on the airlines of the other Party shall be just, reasonable, not unjustly discriminatory, and equitably apportioned among categories of users. In any event, any such user charges shall be assessed on the airlines of the other Party on terms not less favorable than the most favorable terms available to any other airline at the time the charges are assessed.

  • Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance The Contractor is responsible for installation and maintenance of the BMPs as a part of its Bid. The Design Professional shall obtain the services of a qualified testing laboratory to inspect the BMPs in accordance with the permits, the costs of such inspections to be borne by the Owner. In the event of Abnormal Weather Conditions or force majeure, the Contractor shall be compensated for re-installation of BMPs at established Unit Prices.

  • Termination Charges Any provision requiring the Agency to pay a fixed amount or liquidated damages upon termination of the agreement is hereby deleted. The Agency may only agree to reimburse a Vendor for actual costs incurred or losses sustained during the current fiscal year due to wrongful termination by the Agency prior to the end of any current agreement term.

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Maintenance of Books and Records; Inspection The Company shall maintain its books, accounts and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and permit the Secured Party, its officers and employees and any professionals designated by the Secured Party in writing, at any time to visit and inspect any of its properties (including but not limited to the collateral security described in the Transaction Documents and/or the Loan Instruments), corporate books and financial records, and to discuss its accounts, affairs and finances with any employee, officer or director thereof.
