Inspection Certificate. The term “Inspection Certificate” shall mean a certificate issued by the Inspecting Engineers approving, among other matters, soils test, Plans (including, without limitation, systems, structural details, and compliance with any local, state or federal laws), construction cost breakdown, progress schedules and contracts with the Contractor and major subcontractors.

  • Completion Certificate Upon completion of Construction Works and the Independent Engineer determining the Tests to be successful, it shall forthwith issue to the Concessionaire and the Authority a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-J (the “Completion Certificate”).

Further, I agree that for twelve (12) months from the date of this Certification, I shall not use any Confidential Information of the Company to negatively influence any of the Company’s clients or customers from purchasing Company products or services or to solicit or influence or attempt to influence any client, customer or other person either directly or indirectly, to direct any purchase of products and/or services to any person, firm, corporation, institution or other entity in competition with the business of the Company.   • Inspection Reports Copies of the incident inspection reports and related documentation shall be distributed as follows:

  • TRUTH IN NEGOTIATION CERTIFICATE Signature of this Contract by the CONTRACTOR shall act as the execution of the truth-in- negotiation certificate certifying that the wage rates and costs used to determine the compensation provided for in this Contract are accurate, complete and current as of the date of the Contract and no higher than those charged the CONTRACTOR’S most favored customer for the same or substantially similar service. The said rates and costs shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums should the COUNTY determine that the rates and costs were increased due to inaccurate, incomplete or non-current wage rates or due to inaccurate representations of fees paid to outside Contractors. The COUNTY shall exercise its right under this “Certificate” within one (1) year following final payment.

  • Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. Landlord will be liable for the cost of any cleaning or repair to correct damages found at the time of the inspection. Tenant will be liable for the cost of any cleaning and/or repair to correct damages found at the end of the Term if not recorded on the inspection checklist, normal wear and tear excepted. ☐ The Tenant is NOT required to complete an inspection checklist.

  • Financial Information Certifications The Parties agree to cooperate with each other in such manner as is necessary to enable the principal executive officer or officers, principal financial officer or officers and controller or controllers of each of the Parties to make the certifications required of them under Sections 302, 404 and 906 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002.
