INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Xxxxxx agrees that xxxxxx has inspected the premises and, except as otherwise noted on an attached inspection statement signed by xxxxxx, that xxxxxx finds the premises, appliances and furnishings to be in good condition and accepts them in their present condition. Within 48 hours after xxxxxx takes possession of the premises, xxxxxx must notify lessor in writing of any defects or damages found; if lessee fails to do so, all defects and damages shall be conclusively presumed to have occurred after xxxxxx took possession.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Lessor shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Xxxxxx, to inspect the equipment during business hours at the premises of Lessee or wherever the equipment may be located.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Upon reasonable prior notice to Borrower, Lender, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding) enter and inspect the Property and Improvements for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Property and Improvements.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. The Lessor may enter the dwelling unit upon twenty-four (24) hours notice only for the following purposes: to inspect, to make repairs and to exhibit the unit to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, and Lessees. If, however, the Lessor or his agent reasonably believes that an emergency (such as fire) exists which requires an immediate entry, such entry may be made without notice. We generally do an inspection after the first 30 days of residency, and approximately twice annually thereafter, though we reserve the right to inspect at will with proper notice. Xxxxxx understands that proper notice is satisfied by Lessor or Xxxxxx’s agent(s) leaving a recorded message on Lessees voice mail, sending a text message and/or email.

We generally do an inspection after the first 30 days of residency, and approximately twice annually thereafter, though we reserve the right to inspect at will with proper notice. Xxxxxx understands that proper notice is satisfied by Lessor or Xxxxxx’s agent(s) leaving a recorded message on Lessees voice mail, sending a text message and/or email.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Lessee shall permit Lessor and his agents to enter into and upon the leased premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations to the building.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Products, Xxxxxx shall check whether there is any shortage and whether the Products are in compliance with the warranties stated in Article 10. If Xxxxxx finds any shortage, Xxxxxx shall notify OraSure within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Products and Xxxxxx’x sole remedy shall be prompt shipment by OraSure of additional Products so that Xxxxxx receives the proper quantity. If Xxxxxx finds any noncompliance with the warranties stated in Article 10, then Xxxxxx shall follow the procedures indicated in Article 10.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. MEDIMMUNE hereby grants to XXXXXX the right to inspect any MEDIMMUNE manufacturing facilities at which the PRODUCTS supplied under this AGREEMENT are manufactured. MEDIMMUNE also agrees to exercise COMMERICALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS to have any THIRD PARTY MANUFACTURER of any PRODUCT to permit such right of inspection to XXXXXX. XXXXXX shall also have the right to inspect the books and records and the facility, equipment and quality systems related to the manufacture of PRODUCTS supplied pursuant to this AGREEMENT, including but not limited to such inspections as XXXXXX deems necessary or appropriate prior to any submission to any REGULATORY AUTHORITIES in the TERRITORY for approval of such manufacturing facility in connection with the registration of any PRODUCT. MEDIMMUNE hereby also grants XXXXXX the right to inspect any testing facility or laboratory which contributes data included in any REGULATORY FILING filed by XXXXXX in connection with the PRODUCT. Except for inspections requested by a REGULATORY AUTHORITY or required in connection with a REGULATORY FILING, XXXXXX shall inspect any manufacturing facility at which any PRODUCT is manufactured no more than once every CONTRACT YEAR [***]; provided, however, that, MEDIMMUNE may require XXXXXX to defer such inspection if such inspection could, in MEDIMMUNE’s reasonable determination, detrimentally interfere with MEDIMMUNE or any THIRD PARTY MANUFACTURER’s manufacture of the PRODUCTS and MEDIMMUNE may limit XXXXXX’x inspection to the extent reasonably required to protect trade secrets. XXXXXX shall conduct any such inspection during normal business hours after reasonable prior notice and subject to appropriate confidentiality provisions. The books and records subject to inspection include, but are not limited to, batch records, manufacturing procedures and guidelines, and all quality assurance/quality control documentation relating to the PRODUCTS.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. Boat Owner hereby grants to Lessor the right to enter upon the Boat at any time in order to determine Boat Owner’s compliance with the terms and provisions of this Lease. Should Lessor make any such inspection, Lessor shall post a notice on the Boat indicating the date and time of the inspection.
INSPECTION BY XXXXXX. LESSEE shall permit and allow XXXXXX's designated officials, agents, representatives, and officers in and upon said demised premises from time to time to inspect same.
