Common use of Inspection by Sublessor Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Sublessor. Sublessee shall permit Sublessor or Sublessor’s agents, representatives, designees, or employees to enter the Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the Leased Premises to determine whether Sublessee is complying with the terms of this Sublease and for the purpose of doing other lawful acts that may be necessary to protect Sublessor’s interest in the Leased Premises under this Sublease, or to perform Sublessor’s duties under this Sublease, or to show the Leased Premises to insurance agents, lenders, and other third parties, or as otherwise allowed by law.

Sublessee shall permit Sublessor or Sublessor’s agents, representatives, designees, or employees to enter the Leased Sublease Premises at all reasonable times and upon reasonable prior notice for the purpose of inspecting the Leased Sublease Premises to determine whether Sublessee is complying with the terms of this Sublease and for the purpose of doing other lawful acts that may be necessary to protect Sublessor’s interest in the Leased Sublease Premises under this Sublease, or to perform Sublessor’s duties under this Sublease, or to show the Leased Sublease Premises to insurance agents, lenders, and other third parties, or as otherwise allowed by law.
