Common use of Inspection by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Lessor. Lessee shall permit Lessor and their agents to enter into and upon the leased premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations to the building.

Inspection by Lessor. 15.01. Lessee shall permit Lessor and their his agents to enter into and upon the leased premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations to the building.
