Inspection and test plan (ITP. (a) The Supplier shall assure the quality of the Equipment by executing a project Inspection and Test Plan (“ITP”) in accordance with Supplier’s standard practice.
(b) Provision for inspection of equipment by the Principal before Delivery has only been included in the scope of the Contract for major tests on key equipment items. The Principal shall identify a small number of witness or hold points in the ITP at the start of the Work. The Supplier must provide 5 working days notice to Principal of date that is required for the Principal’s attendance for these witness or hold points. In addition, the Principal reserves the right to audit the Supplier’s execution of the QA plan for the Work.
(c) Subsequent to any such inspection and testing of the Equipment, the Supplier shall provide test certificates and reports for the Principal’s records.
Inspection and test plan (ITP. The applicator shall prepare an ITP and a daily log to record quality control data. An ITP shall be prepared for any requested qualification and production acceptance testing. Inspection frequencies shall be as per Tables 8 and 9. The ITP contents shall reflect all the process items, the items to be inspected and tested as described by the APS and related frequencies. As a minimum the following shall be recorded: • Description of the activities, • Coating system, • Inspection points for each of the activities, • Applicable reference documents, • Applicable check procedures and methods / instruments, • Acceptance criteria, • Test frequency, • Remedial actions, • Persons required to be present, • Reporting. If specified, a daily log shall be used to record all inspection and testing data, process parameters and calibrations of equipment for quality control.
