The licensee or registrant shall perform visual and operability checks on survey meters, radiation 25 machines, radiographic exposure devices, transport and storage containers, associated equipment and source 26 changers before use on each day the equipment is to be used to ensure that the equipment is in good working 27 condition, that the sources are adequately shielded, and that required labeling is present. Survey instrument 28 operability must be performed using check sources or other appropriate means. If equipment problems are found, 29 the equipment must be removed from service until repaired.

The City will ensure there is at least 6 inches of vegetation on the side slopes and basin floor and will clean pond of debris and sediment negatively affecting storage capacity and clean downstream spillway.
