In accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b), upon request by ALEC, Verizon shall provide to ALEC access to a House and Riser Cable owned or controlled by Verizon pursuant to this Section 3.3.1.1 at the rates and charges provided for in the Amended Agreement.
