INSERVICE DAY Clause Samples
The INSERVICE DAY clause defines a specific date on which a project, service, or equipment is considered operational and ready for use. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria that must be met for the in-service status to be achieved, such as completion of installation, successful testing, or receipt of necessary certifications. By clearly establishing when obligations related to operation, maintenance, or payment commence, the clause helps prevent disputes over project timelines and ensures all parties have a shared understanding of when responsibilities begin.
