Insect. The tenant is aware that they must carry out a check for cockroaches, mosquitos, spiders or bed bugs on commencement of this Agreement. It is the tenant’s obligation to inspect and report back any sightings. In the unlikely case UKO will immediately rectify but will not compensate the Tenant if occurrences are detected after 14 days of moving into a studio.
