Common use of Innovative Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Innovative Scheduling. Innovative schedules other than those currently provided for in this Appendix 5 of Local provisions and which fall under Article 13.03 of the central portion of the collective agreement will only be implemented on a unit upon the mutual agreement of the parties.
