INJURY ALLOWANCE. 34.01 An employee injured on the job shall be paid for the balance of his or her shift on which the injury occurred if, as a result of such an injury, the employee is sent home by the Employer or is sent to an outside hospital and doctor at such hospital or the employee’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not return to work. The Employer will make available transportation for such injured employee.

INJURY ALLOWANCE. 34.01 An Any employee injured on the job shall be paid for the balance of his or her the shift on in which the injury occurred ifoccurs, if as a result of such an injury, the employee is sent home by to the Employer or is sent to an outside hospital and doctor at such hospital or on the employeeCompany’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not instructions. He shall return to work. The Employer will make available transportation for such injured employeework on the same day if the injury is minor.

INJURY ALLOWANCE. 34.01 33:01 An employee injured on the job shall be paid for the balance of his or her shift shift, including overtime to which the employee previously agreed to work, on which the injury occurred ifoccurred, if as a result of such an injury, injury the employee is sent home by the Employer Company or is sent to an outside hospital and a doctor at such hospital or the employee’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not return to work. The Employer Company will make available provide transportation for such injured employeeemployee to the first available medical facility. The Company will continue the practice of providing transportation via ambulance for any serious injury.

If as a result of such an injury, injury the employee is unable to continue work, sent home by the Employer or is sent to an outside hospital and doctor at such hospital or hospital, the employee’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not return to work. The Employer Company will make available provide suitable transportation for such injured employeeemployees. The Company agrees to review all non-disputed cases and on a case by case basis may provide financial assistance pending a decision. In such cases the employee will sign a commitment to reimburse.

The Employer Company will make available transportation for such injured employeeemployee provided the loca- tion of the treating facility is within the limits of the City of Windsor.
