Common use of Injunctive Relief Clause in Contracts

Injunctive Relief. Executive acknowledges that Executive’s breach of the covenants contained in paragraphs 8-10 (collectively “Covenants”) would cause irreparable injury to Company and agrees that in the event of any such breach, Company shall be entitled to seek temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting any bond or other security.

Injunctive Relief. Injunctive Relief. Executive acknowledges that Executive’s breach of the covenants contained in paragraphs 8-10 (collectively “Covenants”) sections 8‑9 would cause irreparable injury to Company and agrees that in the event of any such breach, Company shall be entitled to seek temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief relief, without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting any bond or other security.

Injunctive Relief. Executive acknowledges that Executive’s breach of the covenants contained in paragraphs Section 8-, Section 9 and Section 10 hereof (collectively “Covenants”) would cause irreparable injury to the Company and agrees that in the event of any such breach, the Company shall be entitled to seek temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting any bond or other securitysecurity in addition to any other relief to which the Company may be entitled and other remedies Company may exercise under this Agreement or otherwise.

Executive acknowledges that Executive’s breach of the covenants contained in paragraphs 8-10 Sections 11 - 13 (collectively “Covenants”) would cause irreparable injury to Company and agrees that in the event of any such breach, Company shall shall, in addition to the action it is authorized to take pursuant to Section 7.6, be entitled to seek temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting any bond or other security.
