Injunctions; Illegality. No provision of any applicable Law shall restrain, enjoin or otherwise prohibit the consummation of the Closing. The injunction order issued on May 31, 2013 by the HK Court prohibiting Seller from disposing of, charging, encumbering, pledging, transferring, diminishing the value of or otherwise dealing with the shares of Common Stock held in Seller’s name shall have been lifted.
