The pass-through rate for the Class X-1-P Component of the Class X-1 Certificates on any Distribution Date will be a per annum rate equal to the Group I Net WAC Rate for that Distribution Date. The initial Certificate Principal Balance of the Class X-1-P Component will equal zero.
