Initial Placement Formula Clause Samples

The Initial Placement Formula clause defines the method used to determine the starting allocation or position of assets, shares, or interests in a transaction or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific calculation or criteria that will be used to assign initial values or quantities, such as the number of shares each party receives at the outset of a joint venture or the initial distribution of funds in a financial arrangement.
