Common use of Initial Ownership Clause in Contracts

Initial Ownership. Upon the formation of the Holding Trust by the conveyance of the Conveyed Assets by the Depositor pursuant to Section 2.5, the Owner Trustee is hereby directed to execute, and the Holding Trust Certificate Registrar is directed to authenticate and deliver, the Holding Trust Certificate representing 100% of the Percentage Interest in the Holding Trust Certificate to the Issuer. The Holding Trust Certificate Registrar is hereby directed to record the issuance of the Holding Trust Certificate and the Issuer as the Holding Trust Certificateholder thereof in the Holding Trust Certificate Registrar.
