Common use of Initial Drilling Plan and Initial Connection Plan Clause in Contracts

Initial Drilling Plan and Initial Connection Plan. The parties agree that the initial Drilling Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “I-1” and the initial connection plan attached hereto as Exhibit “I-2” (the “Initial Connection Plan”) establish the preliminary, to-be-agreed upon activities and schedule for the period described therein (for the avoidance of doubt, and not withstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, Exhibits “I-1” and “I-2” need not necessarily cover a twelve (12) Month period). Those portions of the Initial Connection Plan addressing Expansion Xxxxx (if any), shall be deemed to be a timely given and fully accepted Expansion Proposal for the period described in Exhibit “I-2” once such Initial Connection Plan is mutually agreed upon by the parties.
