Initial Designees. The initial BHN Designees: (i) Enrico Valdani, (ii) Mxxx Xxxxx, (iii) Mxxxx Xx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, (iv) Mxxxx Xxxxx, (v) Cxxxxxxx Fragni, and (vi) Sxxxxxx Xxxxxxx. The initial Prime Designee is to be Wxxxxxx Xx.
Initial Designees. The initial Sponsor Designee, if any, shall be determined by the Sponsor prior to the Closing through written notice to each party hereto. The initial Company Designees, if any, shall be determined by the Company through written notice to each party hereto.

Initial Designees. The initial Investor Designees pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.1(a)(ii) shall be the Initial Directors determined pursuant to Section 2.6(a)(i) of the Merger Agreement and Section 2.6(a)(ii) of the Merger Agreement.
