Common use of Initial Conditions Clause in Contracts

Initial Conditions. The amendments contained in this Agreement shall only be effective upon receipt by the Agents of all of the documents and other evidence listed in Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent). The Agents shall notify the Parent and the Lenders promptly upon satisfactory receipt with such date of notification being the “Effective Date”.
