Common use of Initial Commercialization Plan Clause in Contracts

Initial Commercialization Plan. Licensee shall carry out all commercialization activities with respect to the Licensed Product in the Territory in accordance with a commercialization plan provided for by Licensor (the “Commercialization Plan”). The initial Commercialization Plan shall be provided to Licensor within ninety (90) days from the expected First Commercial Sale date with respect to PRC.
