Initial Certification. The certification by a Custodian substantially in the form of Exhibit One to the related Custodial Agreement.
Initial Certification. The Trustee shall, for the benefit of the Certificateholders for any Series, review each related Trustee Mortgage Loan File prior to the related Closing Date to ascertain that all documents required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage Loan File are included therein, and shall deliver to the Company and the Servicer on such Closing Date an Initial Certification with respect to each underlying Mortgage Loan (except any Mortgage Loan that has been liquidated or purchased from the related Trust prior to such Closing Date) to the effect that, except as specifically noted on a schedule of exceptions thereto, (A) all documents required to be contained in the Trustee Mortgage Loan File are in its possession, (B) such documents have been reviewed by it and appear regular on their face and relate to such Mortgage Loan, and (C) based on its examination and only as to the foregoing documents, the information set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule accurately reflects information set forth in the Trustee Mortgage Loan File. It is understood that before making the Initial Certification for any Series, the Trustee shall examine the related Mortgage Loan Documents to confirm that:
Initial Certification. The certification required to be executed by the Custodian and delivered on the Closing Date to the Depositor and the Trustee in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit G pursuant to Section 2.02 of this Agreement. Initial LIBOR Rate: 4.80% per annum.

The Indenture Trustee shall, for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Note Insurer, cause the Custodian to review each Mortgage File prior to the Closing Date to ascertain that all documents required to be included in the Mortgage File are included therein, and shall cause the Custodian to deliver to the Seller, the Representative, the Depositor, the Note Insurer, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer on the Closing Date an Initial Certification in the form attached as Exhibit E-1 to the Custodial Agreement with respect to each Mortgage Loan to the effect that, except as specifically noted on a schedule of exceptions thereto, (A) all documents required to be contained in the Mortgage File are in its possession, (B) such documents have been reviewed by it and appear regular on their face and relate to such Mortgage Loan, and (C) based on its examination and only as to the foregoing documents, the information set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule accurately reflects information set forth in the Mortgage File. It is understood that before making the Initial Certification, the Indenture Trustee shall cause the Custodian to examine the related Mortgage Loan Documents to confirm that:
Initial Certification. Microsoft will test each App (including any updates) you submit for compliance with this Agreement (which includes the applicable Certification Requirements) and other policies made available to you (if any). Microsoft will not make any App available in the Store unless and until the App is Certified.
Initial Certification. An initial certification as to each Mortgage Loan, which Initial Certification is delivered to the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Servicers and the Trustee by the Custodian in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof and in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1.

It is understood that before making the Initial Certification, the Indenture Trustee shall examine the related Mortgage Loan Documents to confirm that:
Initial Certification. An employee must return the County Medical Certification Form as soon as possible, but no later than 15 calendar days after being informed of the need to provide certification. Failure to provide the certification in a timely manner may result in delay of the leave until the certification is received for foreseeable leave, and for unforeseeable leave, result in the delay of the continuation of the employee’s leave until the certification is received. If the County Medical Certification Form is never presented by the employee, the leave will not be FMLA/FLA leave.
