Initial Capital Contribution of Owner Trust Estate. The Depositor hereby sells, assigns, transfers, conveys and sets over to the Trust, as of the date hereof, the sum of $1.00. The Owner Trustee hereby acknowledges receipt in trust from the Depositor, as of the date hereof, of the foregoing contribution, which shall constitute the initial corpus of the Trust and shall be deposited in the Certificate Distribution Account. The Owner Trustee also acknowledges on behalf of the trust receipt of the Mortgage Collateral and a Surety Bond assigned to the Trust pursuant to Section 3.01, which shall constitute the Owner Trust Estate.
