Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.
Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies;

SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.
Financial Planning Services The Executive shall receive financial planning services, on an in-kind basis, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the Date of Termination. Such financial planning services shall include expert financial and legal resources to assist the Executive with financial planning needs and shall be limited to (i) current investment portfolio management, (ii) tax planning, (iii) tax return preparation, and (iv) estate planning advice and document preparation (including xxxxx and trusts); provided, however, that the Company shall provide such financial planning services during any taxable year of the Executive only to the extent the cost to the Company for such taxable year does not exceed $25,000. The Company shall provide such financial planning services through a financial planner selected by the Company, and shall pay the fees for such financial planning services. The financial planning services provided during any taxable year of the Executive shall not affect the financial planning services provided in any other taxable year of the Executive. The Executive’s right to financial planning services shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit. Such financial planning services shall be provided in a manner that complies with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(iv).
