Common use of Inherent Risks Clause in Contracts

Inherent Risks. It is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with this service. Unintended consequences may result because of abnormal weather conditions (such as excessive rainfall, flood, drought, tornadoes, hurricanes), which are beyond the control of THE COMPANY. All such risks shall be assumed by THE PROPERTY OWNER/AGENT. THE COMPANY is not responsible for acts of God, terrorism, or other catastrophic events.
