Inhabitants. A study (the city's digital citizens' panel) has been carried out to capture Stockholm's thoughts on how the dialogue could take place and in which areas they themselves believe they can contribute. Just over half of the respondents want a dialogue with the city on climate-related issues and they themselves believe that they can contribute in areas such as transport, energy and consumption. Of the total climate investments required to achieve the goals, only a small part falls to the municipality to do. The majority is done by companies and residents. This requires well-developed forms of collaboration and dialogue for coordinated planning and implementation of measures.
