Informed Agreement. Employee has read and fully understands the terms of this Agreement and its significance and consequences. Employee acknowledges that the Company has advised Employee to review the terms of this Agreement with an attorney and that Employee has either done so or knowingly waived Employee’s right to do so. Employee further acknowledges that this Agreement is voluntary and has not been given as a result of any coercion.
Informed Agreement. All the terms and conditions in this Agreement have been reflected upon without haste. The undersigned parties acknowledge that neither is at a disadvantage, that each has been advised to seek representation of counsel in the negotiation and signing of this Agreement, that each has had the opportunity to seek legal representation, and that each is signing this Agreement without coercion.
Informed Agreement. Employee declares that Employee has read and fully understands the terms of this Agreement and its significance and consequence. Employee further declares that this Agreement is the product of good faith negotiations between Employee and Safeco, and that Employee voluntarily accepts the same for the purpose of resolving arrangements with respect to Employee’s resignation.
Informed Agreement. The Executive declares that he has read and fully understands the terms of this Agreement, and its significance and consequence. The Executive further declares that this Agreement is the product of good faith negotiations between himself and the Company, and that he voluntarily accepts the same for the purpose of resolving arrangements with respect to his retirement. The Executive understands and acknowledges that, in exchange for the Release Payment he is waiving and giving up, to the extent provided in Section 5, claims arising out of his employment with the Company and/or his separation from service.

Executive further understands and acknowledges that, except as expressly reserved, in exchange for valuable consideration he is waiving and giving up every possible claim arising out of his employment with the Company and/or the termination of his employment.

Stodxxxx xxxther declares that this Agreement is the product of good faith negotiations between himself and the Company, and that he voluntarily accepts the same for the purpose of resolving arrangements with respect to his separation from service. Stodxxxx xxxerstands and acknowledges that, except as specifically reserved herein, in exchange for the Release Payment he is waiving and giving up every possible claim arising out of his employment with the Company and/or his separation from service.
Informed Agreement. Zunkxx xxxlares that he has read and fully understands the terms of this Agreement, and its significance and consequence. Zunkxx xxxther declares that this Agreement is the product of good faith negotiations between him and the Company, and that he voluntarily accepts the same for the purpose of resolving arrangements with respect to his retirement from the Company. Zunkxx xxxerstands and acknowledges that, except as specifically reserved herein, in exchange for the Release Payment he is waiving and giving up every possible claim arising out of his employment with the Company and/or his retirement from the Company.
Informed Agreement. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement carefully and understand all of its terms. In agreeing to sign this Agreement, you also acknowledge that you have not relied on any statements or explanations made by Secure, its agents, or its attorneys other than Secure’s promises in this Agreement.

Eigsxx xxxther declares that this Agreement is the product of good faith negotiations between himself and the Company, and that he voluntarily accepts the same for the purpose of resolving arrangements with respect to his separation from service. Eigsxx xxxerstands and acknowledges that, except as specifically reserved herein, in exchange for the Release Payment he is waiving and giving up every possible claim arising out of his employment with the Company and/or his separation from service.

Lowber further declares that this Agreement is the product of good faith negotiations between himself and the Company, and that he voluntarily accepts the same for the purpose of resolving arrangements with respect to his separation from service. Lowber understands and acknowledges that, except as specifically reserved herein, in exchange for the Release Payment he is waiving and giving up every possible claim arising out of his employment with the Company and/or his separation from service.
