– Information Used. 3.1 Evaluation of employees is based on observations in the normal work setting as well as a wide variety of other information relating to the employee's total performance. The minimum number of formal observations of the employee in his/her work setting is to be two (2) (not less than twenty (20) minutes in length) for a total of sixty (60) minutes or more per year. There is no set number of informal observations of ongoing employee related activities. These informal observations and other indicator of performance may include, but are not limited to, employee performance of assigned duties, lesson planning, and the employee's relationships with students, parents, and other staff members.
