Information to Purchaser. SECTION 10.1. Property Trustee’s Obligations to Purchaser. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Property Trustee shall furnish to (a) the Purchaser and, (b) any designee of the Purchaser (including any Owner of the Preferred Securities, or any designee of such Owner), as identified in writing to the Property Trustee, copies of all (i) correspondence, notices, forms, filings, reports and other documents received by the Property Trustee or Delaware Trustee from the Depositor, whether acting through an Administrative Trustee or otherwise, under this Trust Agreement, and (ii) all correspondence, notices, forms, filings, reports and other documents required to be provided to the Depositor or a Holder by the Property Trustee or Delaware Trustee under this Trust Agreement.
Information to Purchaser. The Purchaser acknowledges that (i) all Commission Reports have been made available to the Purchaser, and (ii) the Purchaser has had the opportunity to ask questions, receive answers, and obtain additional information from and concerning Nitches.

Purchaser shall assure that its conduct, and that of its employees, agents and representatives, during such process is at all times unobtrusive and does not interfere with the operation of the Property by Seller in the ordinary course of business.
